Precision Air Pressure Control for Extruded Tubing Applications

AC2 Product Overview

The Model AC2 uses the customer’s plant compressed air supply to provide a precision air pressure control for single lumen and multi-lumen tubing. With the AC2, pressure can be controlled and displayed in increments of 0.01 in-H2O. The AC2 is optimized for fast pressure response for the production of straight tubing and Bump and Taper tubing. Bump and Taper tubing control is included standard via analog or digital input. Units are available in 1 to 5 port NEMA style enclosures. A rack system is available for higher port counts. All AC2 models have a color touchscreen interface.
